Evaluation of Current, In-place Employee/Affiliate Training
Employees are being trained all the time whether a company is aware of it or not. They can be trained to work poorly just as quickly as they can be trained to work well and according to company policy. Does the company have training available to its employees having to do with safety, work-place or environmental conditions dealing with harassment and discrimination? Not to mention job performance, technical capability, etc.
The solution is to establish not only a policy that mandates training, but also provides that training either by means of in-house training programs, or third-party training. Certificates evidencing participation in this training will not only give you employees a reward for their participation, but they will also provide the company with evidence of compliance with its own training policies should there ever be a need.
